AIEEE 2007 Cutoff
Have a look at the actual ranks obtained based on marks for AIEEE 2007 :
And yes coming to institute wise cutoffs..Here they are:NITs : 8,000(First Counseling) to 12,000 (Second Counseling)
DA-IICT(Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Commutation) : 8,000
Jaypee institute, Noida : 23,000(Last year,will be higher this year)
Thapar Institute, Patiala : 20,000(Punjab Quota) 13,000(Outside Punjab)
I really cannot say about the cutoffs of IIITs and Delhi College of Engineering.

SHOULD I PREPARE FOR BITS NOW
ACTUALLY IF SOMEONE ASSURES ME OF ADMISSION TO PEC OR THAPAR
THEN I CAN ENJOY THESE DAYS.
MY MARKS ARE 170 IN AIEEE

Sorry guys for not replying to your comments coz I have been busy preparing for other exams..I too would suggest you all also do the same and wait for the AIEEE results to be out…

please tell me exactly that, with a score of 170 , will i get top streams (cse) in thapar, not the lower ones.
also please tell me what’s the difficulty level of bits exam.

My AIEEE score is 150 marks and may be I would be in 20k to 30k.
Shall I expect dat I would get CSE or Electronics and Telecommunication in either Thapar Institute or in Jaypee Institute. Plz reply!

n ya do temme wich stream has got scope in near future??

hi ankur thanx a tonne man for all the hard work u put in, it has really helped a lot of people. well, i also havent checked the solutions but i think i would be able to get around 250 in aieee, so can i expect to get mech/elec in surathkala/warangal/tirichy? or should i start praying harder?
p.s if u r busy with ur prep, then u can answer after some days. am in no hurry.and best of luck for any future exams!cheers!!!

how to get admission in other deemed university through aieee i have expecting 166 marks. can u tell me which university will be best for me and how to get admission on that university . shall i get the call letter from that university plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz tell soon

i have got 230 in my AIEEE….
i am from delhi and my father says that he has spoken to some principals of different institutions and they say that anyone in delhi with a rank of about 5000 is difficult to get through a good NIT because in every NIT after the 15% otside state quota there is a separate quota for delhi students because my state rank would be about 1500-2000. the principals also told us that the first 5000 rankers are from delhi, mumbai, chandigarh and other leading cities so its difficult to get in all these institutes.
IS IT ALL TRUE….WHAT DOES YOUR RESEARCH SAYS ON THIS….
P.S…. i am getting a score of 312 in bitsat do you think ill qualify there…..is it worth taking bit or Thapar or any NIT….do suggest soon….

Yeah Thapar seems definitely on the cards with a good stream…
BITS paper is a lot easier than AIEEE..

yeah with those marks I think you should look for getting admission into some NIT dude..You will get thapar anyway but NITs are way better than thapar with your desired branch..

210 is good enough to get you into a NIT..Cant say which is better as i dont have enough data for that at the moment..
Dont even think about taking admission into VIT after you have done your AIEEE paper so well…VIT is not for you!

All deemed universities will go thro ugh AIEEE central counseling..so you just have to attend that to get into one..

with 5k rank you will not get into top 3 NITs as far as i can see but rest seem to be within reach..
With 312 you will get mechanical/civil in BITS..cutoff last year for BITS was 283
BITS(Pilani)>NIT>Thapar

Well even if you get a NIT you will get one of the lower branches which you might not want to take

I said it earlier guys and I am saying it again..Prepare hard for the remaining exams coz thinking about AIEEE will not help as you will get what you deserve so dont waste the remaining few days that are left..
And yeah BITS post coming on 23rd May!

No Delhi students cannot apply for DCE through AIEEE….They have to clear the CEE exam..
With 275 you will get a rank in top 1000..thats all I can say at the moment..

290 might not get you into BITS…BITS Goa is good but not as good as BITS Pilani..

Yeah LNMIIT is a very good institute…Its cutoff will be high..maybe somewhere near jaypee or better…even I am looking for its cut-off…it has bright prospects..
