AIEEE 2009 Cutoff

Initial reactions from students indicate that there was a major change in the pattern of the paper taking them by surprise. Also Maths was the toughest according to many. Check out the comments!
The total marks of the AIEEE 2009 paper were 432. Each section had 30 questions with 90 in total. There were 6 questions of 8 marks each and 24 questions of 4 marks each. The 4 mark questions had -1 mark for incorrect answer while the 8 mark questions had -2 marks for incorrect answer.

The final cutoff has been uploaded after some major changes, the first one was too liberal as I soon figured out after posting it. This should be closer to the actual ranks one can expect in AIEEE 2009.

i m getting 183 + 10 . acc to ankur i will get 20000 to 30000 and acc to fiitjee i will get under 50000 . which one is likely to be more correct . all who read this , reply is must even u ankur ji . ankur , but u r reallly doing a good job . just tell something about urself

my brother did mistake in filling his roll no¢er no in the circles when he asked the examiner the examiner said that just cut of these &filled other circles he then filled them please reply me whether his copy will get check as soon as possible he is scoring abt 180-190 MARKS

every body is saying that maths paper was toughest but
but i got 23 questions right out of 30 in maths.but i am really weak in chemistry .getting a total of 240+ will i get in central counceling

The question of comparing ionic sizes of Na+,Mg2+,Li+,Be2+ had all the options incorrect(at least in set C) as the answer is
Na+(95 pm)>Mg2+(65 pm)>Li+(60 pm)>Be2+(39 pm)
I took this data from Pradeep’s Chemistry book of class 11 pg.3/24.I have verified it from Internet as well as other books.
So what do you reckon will aieee simply ignore this or grant marks to everyone who has attempyed the question.
