AIEEE 2009 Cutoff

Initial reactions from students indicate that there was a major change in the pattern of the paper taking them by surprise. Also Maths was the toughest according to many. Check out the comments!
The total marks of the AIEEE 2009 paper were 432. Each section had 30 questions with 90 in total. There were 6 questions of 8 marks each and 24 questions of 4 marks each. The 4 mark questions had -1 mark for incorrect answer while the 8 mark questions had -2 marks for incorrect answer.

The final cutoff has been uploaded after some major changes, the first one was too liberal as I soon figured out after posting it. This should be closer to the actual ranks one can expect in AIEEE 2009.

according to these cut offs i should get rank around 20000 as my marks are appox 190-200..which is the best college where i might get CSE or IT?

i checked out official aieee site abt opening and closing ranks in colleges but dont know abt quality of these NIT’s(some people say that exept for top 4 nit’s others are very bad).please shed some light on it. I mean which of these are worth going in at an approximate rank of 15,000.
