WHY THE HELL THEY ARE INCREASING THE TOUGHNESS AND PATTERN OF THE PAPER EVERY YEAR!!!!!

Hey guys i think AIEEE 2009 was a standard paper..
Chem was easy..
Phys was moderate..
Maths was toughest..
(According to me)
I felt that this was the toughest of previous 3 years paper.And also,I think IITJEE was easier than this one.
Anyways,
