IIT-JEE 2009
Its that time of the year again when students rush to fill application forms for various entrance exams and institutions. IITs are the dream college for anyone who is preparing for entrance exams. Most of you would have filled up the form and submitted it by now, but it you haven’t there is still some time left to do so. The last date for submitting the form either online/offline is 24th December 2008. Find the details about JEE 2009 below.

The JEE is for entrance to the seven IITs, IT-BHU, Varanasi and ISM, Dhanbad, six new IITs started last year and the two new IITs to be started from this year.
The core pattern of the JEE has been kept same and will consist of two papers of three hours duration each.
The eligibility criteria has remained the same as last year. You can attempt JEE only twice and consecutively and also should not have taken admission in any of the IITs.

hi.. i wanted to know how the new IITs are.. and now that this year 2 more are starting, will they be of the same standard as the old IITs.. ? How would you compare sumthin like VIT, thapar or jaypee with them ?

Sir, I want to know what kind of questions are asked in the aptitude test of IIT-JEE and is there any site/book where I can find previous years’ papers and sample papers? I don’t have any idea about design? Can I opt for the test and pass it? Also, if I fail in the aptitude test, can I still select any other stream at IIT according to my JEE rank?

he has got 59 th rank in GATE this year from INSTRUMENTATION branch.he has no knowledge about any college.also the branches available in one collg i know are electronics,control,automation,robotics.so which branch would b the best.

I joined last year NSIT elect. I m taking jee this time too, Hope to get below 1000 rank.
please someone suggest which is better – to continue NSIT elect or any branch in IIT which can be got in below 1000 rank.
