The lead times to get the connection were too long and I got the connection after 45 days , not to mention the follow-ups and persuasion with the MTNL babus.The speed depends upon the time, however I work mostly in the night so have hit 512K several times. To sum up, Iam happy with the service as the speed is amazing and absolutely maintainence free.
